The Chyps Plus website, which stands for City and Hackney Young People's Services, is due to launch early next month and is aimed at 11- to 19-year-olds.
Visitors will be able to use the "drag and drop alcohol calculator", which works out how much alcohol is in a drink, and how many units it is safe to drink.
The website also has a sexually transmitted infections (STIs) application, which explains how STIs affect the body, and a contraception application that allows the user to compare different contraceptive methods.
The website, www.chypsplus.nhs.uk goes live on 2 July.
