Following a series of pilots last November the FSA has backed the youth-led charity to take forward the scheme.
Money Mastery takes the form of a series of four one-day seminars for youth workers or people who work with young people. Kikass hopes to increase financial confidence and imp-rove workers' relationship with money, so they will be better equipped to help young people manage money sensibly and bring greater financial inclusion.
The coaching draws on a range of development techniques, including neuro-linguistic programming, executive and life coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy and accelerated learning theory.
With FSA backing, the training is free for delegates.
