The National Youth Agency: Youthinformation.com looks at ... TheWorld Youth Global Xchange Programme

1 min read
The World Youth Global Xchange Programme is run by Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) working in partnership with the British Council and Community Service Volunteers (CSV).

The VSO offers young people the chance to make a real difference to community projects in the UK and overseas. It has two unique programmes for young people - World Youth and Youth for Development. Both programmes give young people from different countries a unique chance to work together, to gain valuable skills and experience while achieving international understanding and inter-cultural awareness and to make a practical contribution where it is needed in local communities.

For information about the Xchange programme and how to participate, call the enquiries unit on 020 8780 7500 or visit the VSO web site at www.vso.org.uk/volunteering/youth.
