To help find species in decline, you will be asked to spend one hour counting the birds in your garden, school grounds or local park. This is the world's biggest garden bird survey and it began in 1979. The survey is designed for people of all ages to participate in.
Last January, nearly 400,000 people spent an hour watching their local birds, collectively recording more than six million birds in more than 200,000 gardens. You can submit your results using an easy to complete online form. Follow the links from Youthinformation.com or visit: www.rspb.org.uk/birdwatch/
