National Music Week 2006 (16-20 October)
My Music is the first National Music Week and will be running in secondary schools in England and record shops. It is an initiative to give young people a greater understanding of a wider range of music by bringing exclusive new British music, from a variety of genres,
directly into the classroom. Pupils will also learn about the UK music industry itself.
