The contract between the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) and The National Youth Agency to provide support for HLF's Young Roots programme comes to an end on 31 October 2007. The scheme is now being run by HLF in-house teams but the HLF will continue to liaise closely with The NYA to encourage the involvement of young people in heritage activities.
