Young People's Development Fund - Assist; Location: Hammersmith and Fulham
The Project: This project targets people in the most deprived areas of the borough.
It works on family relationships as well as with young people - the aim is to help young people remain living with their families. The focus is on risk behaviours associated with mental health, sexual health and substance misuse, particularly alcohol.
