This diverse collection of over 60 games, activities, and project ideas is specifically devised to engage, motivate and meet the needs of young men. The ideas offer opportunities within a groupwork environment to build self-esteem confidence and assertiveness skills as well as to learn together and to enjoy new experiences.

It is divided into six sections that can be combined in different ways to make up a six week programme that looks at:

- Team building and co-operation. - Responsibilities to self and others - Keeping safe and healthy choices - Positive relationships - including peer pressure and personal relationships - Citizenship - Understanding anger and managing aggression.
