Stephen, 32, previously worked for the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) in a PR and media relations capacity. Originally from Bath, Stephen has lived in Leicester for 14 years, and says he is looking forward to the challenge of raising The NYA's public profile.
"I'm attracted to the fact that this is such a positive organisation,' he says. 'When I attended the Open Day recently I was amazed by the talent that exists at grassroots level, and I really want to play a part in boosting awareness of both that and the overall NYA agenda."
Stephen, who will be based in The NYA's Publications Team, lists music, films and football as his main hobbies. He can be contacted on 0116 285 3764.
