The July 2005 issue focuses on the antisocial behaviour debate, providing definitions of what constitutes antisocial behaviour and what the Government is doing to address the problems. The paper goes on to outline The NYA's views on ASBOs and gives examples of effective youth work interventions.

There is much evidence to suggest that increased provision for young people leads to a greater decline in antisocial and criminal behaviour - more so than punitive measures.
