But wait, what is this riding to the rescue? Transitions, the latest fine report from the Social Exclusion Unit dealing with the needs of young adults, has rediscovered counselling. Not only that, it has discovered local youth counselling services and their national body, Youth Access.

I should declare an interest here: Youth Access staff are staff of The National Youth Agency and it now shares a trustee board with The Agency.
