11% of looked-after children with three or more placements in 2005/06 (12 per cent in England)

70% of looked-after children achieved at least one GCSE at grade A* to G at 30 September 2006 (63 per cent in England)

94% of looked-after children had their teeth checked by a dentist at 30 September 2006 (85 per cent in England)

88% of looked-after children had an annual health assessment at 30 September 2006 (83 per cent in England)

In February 2007 the Commission for Social Care Inspection and Ofsted said: "A range of extensive support services is available."
