
How many children are affected by cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is an increasingly common problem that young people face today, the effects of which can be devastating. Research from BeatBullying shows that one in three young people have been a victim of cyberbullying, with one in 13 of them experiencing persistent and intentional bullying of this kind. Just under a quarter of those who were cyberbullied (23 per cent) reported that the bullying lasted for a year or more.
