Aim: To build fitness and discipline among young people
Ronny Tucker is the manager of Sheffield City Council's targeted youth support team, which works with young people who are on the periphery of gang activity or carrying weapons. But in his spare time, he also runs his own amateur boxing gym in the Handsworth area of the city. When Handsworth Grange Community Sports College (pictured) asked him to hold evening boxing sessions for their pupils, it gave him the opportunity to mix his career and his hobby.
