1 min read

Writer Jenny Alexander wrote this self-help book for the over-nines after one of her children suffered bullying. She uses common sense and cognitive techniques to help children handle the feelings raised by bullying: shame, helplessness, unhappiness, self-doubt, fear and anger. Fictional case studies, quizzes, exercises and advice will help children to bully-proof themselves by building up their psychological defences.
