Children and Bereavement
The second edition of this book includes new sections on dealing with events such as September 11 and the Soham murders. The book is aimed at parents, teachers and others who may be involved in helping a child to come to terms with a death. It covers subjects such as children's perceptions of death, terminal illness, sudden death and the various stages of grief. It also lists organisations that can help children and children's workers cope with bereavement.
