We have a problem with elderly people being scared of groups of young people; we get a lot of older people complaining about kids playing on the street, but the kids aren't even kicking the ball against their houses.

The older people fly off the rails and are outdoors telling the kids off, then the kids think: "We might as well kick the ball at their window, at least we won't be getting moaned at for no reason."

When people ring the office up and ask who we are, they often seem shocked that a young person is answering the phone and having respect for them.
