There are more positive ways of teaching respect through education than this cheap gimmicky option of having an invisible master berating you from above.

CCTV is a device used in town centres where young people congregate, which ties in with identifying people as a source of menace. The fact is it is focused on areas and crimes that are more likely to involve young people and therefore more likely to create prejudice.

Talking CCTV will further strengthen security in the town centre. Its effectiveness lies in emphasising to the public that there is a watching presence.
