Restricting choice is the wrong way to encourage healthier eating, children have told school caterers. At the Local Authority Caterers Association annual conference last week, young people criticised government suggestions that limiting choice was a way to tackle the obesity epidemic. They said schools should provide more information on what was right and wrong to eat.
