News in brief: Reactive speed warning

A reactive speed sign that flashes speed warnings to vehicles that it detects as travelling at more than 40 miles per hour has been installed ahead of a pedestrian crossing that is frequently used by pupils who attend Kemble Primary School in Gloucestershire.The sign is the first of its kind in the UK.
