All pre-school children will be eligible to receive World Book Day £1 book tokens this year for the first time. Pre-school organisations will have to register at www.worldbookday.com. There are six World Book Day £1 books, which are specially published for the event. World Book Day will be held on 4 March, and Harry Potter author JK Rowling will launch the second World Book Day Online Festival on the day.
