Police have released a registered childminder on bail after questioning her on suspicion of murdering an 18-month-old toddler in her care. Wendy Barlow, 37, had been looking after Joshua Massey-Hodgkinson in Sabden, Lancashire. A post-mortem on the boy proved inconclusive and further tests were being carried out as Children Now went to press.
