The majority of Scotland's nursery nurses are still out on strike, four weeks into their pay dispute. Unison was expecting more than 2,000 nursery staff to march through Edinburgh on Monday (29 March) in a bid to persuade CoSLA, the Scottish local authority employers' association, to open national talks. As Children Now went to press, 11 of Scotland's 32 local authorities had negotiated local pay deals.
