The Drug Education Forum and mental health charity YoungMinds have welcomed Home Secretary Charles Clarke's plans to launch a public education campaign on the risks of cannabis. According to Young Minds, users are at least twice as likely to develop a psychosis. Clarke last week ruled out reversing the Government's decision to make cannabis a class C rather than class B drug.
