News Brief: Surrey Council foster campaign wins award

Surrey County Council's campaign to recruit foster carers has won a national award. The "nursery rhyme" campaign, which used text based on nursery rhymes, is estimated to have led to a 40 per cent increase in enquiries. It won the Best Written category at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development recruitment marketing awards.
