NCB Now: Our shout!

Should younger children be allowed to buy magazines targeting older teenagers?

"It's purely up to the parents. I don't think it should be banned but I think it should be monitored."

Hannah, 16, North Somerset

"It depends on the age of the child buying them but if they are 10 or younger I don't think it should be allowed."

Jack, 16, Coventry

"No, younger children should not be allowed to read teenage magazines. Every magazine should have a guidance age."

Emily, 15, London

"There should be age restrictions on magazines because I feel some magazines encourage inappropriate behaviour and the idolising of celebrity. Parents should take some responsibility for what their children are reading."

Graham, 16, Liverpool
