Launch of Early Support in Wales

The Early Support programme will be officially launched on 29 September at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

Early Support is the Welsh Assembly Government's programme to improve the quality, consistency and co-ordination of services for disabled children under the age of five and their families. Based on the Early Support programme in England, Children in Wales is leading the partnership to develop the information and training for Wales. The aim is to raise awareness among practitioners, parents and carers, as well as to discuss how early support can improve outcomes for young disabled children and their families. Bilingual early support materials will also be launched.
