Runners who compete in the charity challenge on behalf of NCB will receive a free place in the run, a finisher's medal, training advice, the opportunity to run as part of a team and a post-race goody bag provided by sporting goods manufacturer Asics. There will also be a post-race NCB reception close to the finish line for runners to relax and celebrate a job well done.
The route of the run takes participants through the heart of central London, past world-famous landmarks like Big Ben and the London Eye. All runners need to do is commit to turning up on the day and raise at least £200 in sponsorship money.
