1 min read Early Years
As the second wave of children's centres nears completion, local authorities and partners will be preparing to embark on the third and final phase of the children's centre programme. Are you sure that your current children's centres are located in the right areas? Are they targeting families with the greatest need? Are they serving very small or very large communities?
