Help From... YouthNet UK

YouthNet UK was set up in 1995 to help provide an inclusive environment where young people are given information in a format that suits their needs.

The charity runs two web sites: do-it.org.uk, which provides volunteering opportunities for young people; and thesite.org, a one-stop-shop of advice and support.

Helping over 300,000 children a month, thesite.org has recently launched a new question and answer service for young people.

AskTheSite brings together advice from specialist organisations including Samaritans, Shelter, Citizens Advice Bureau, Brook, Young Scot and Sane.

Qualified professionals from the organisations answer young people's questions, while an archive of previously answered questions enables them to share and learn from each other's experiences.
