The research, funded by pharmaceuticals company Lily, which manufacturesADHD drug Strattera, found that children with ADHD were in the bottomfive per cent of the population for quality of life.
According to Jan Assheton, specialist ADHD performance coach at ReachCoaching: "The quality of life of children with ADHD dramaticallyimproves by going onto medication and by having parents assessed."
The study covered 201 children over a 10-week period.
