Health: Exercise proposals will take long view

1 min read
Recommendations on the amount and type of exercise that children should take will target long-term issues such as cancer and diabetes as well as obesity.

Chief Medical Officer Sir Liam Donaldson is due to release a report tomorrow that will present the scientific evidence for physical activity and recommend types and amounts of exercise that children and adults should ideally take.
