The Mini-Mend programme is showing toddlers and their parents how to live healthy lifestyles in an effort to curb obesity. Jo Stephenson finds out how the scheme works.

Mini-Mend is a free 10-week course developed by Mend (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition... Do It!), a social enterprise specialising in healthy living programmes and best known for its work with older, overweight children and their families.
