The local primary care trust, children's information service, library services and Greenwich Local Labour and Business, Greenwich Community College, Pre-school Learning Alliance and Greenwich Toy Library.
- How is it funded?
Sure Start grant, the Department for Children, Schools and Families Two-Year Pilot and the Childcare Affordability Programme.
