UK Online Centres, community-based initiatives that provide cheap computer and internet access, have been invited to bid for new funds to develop projects for a range of groups, including teenage parents and children in care. Some 2m-worth of grants are available through the Government's Social Impact Demonstrator Grant Fund, which is designed to help socially excluded or disadvantaged groups.
