Hampshire's annual performance assessment report states: "Attendance isgood. The number of children and young people attending and remaining inschool is also improving because the council has targeted additionalsupport to this area. Achievement is good for looked-after children andthose from minority ethnic groups because there is a well co-ordinatedsupport service."
