Premature baby charity Bliss is forming the group to help parents talk about the problems they faced after birth.
Peder Clark, Bliss campaigns and policy officer, said: "While maternity leave has been increased in the past few years, there are still problems for parents whose child is born prematurely. If your child is born earlier than expected, maternity leave starts when your baby is delivered. This leaves parents with less maternity leave spent at home with their baby."
Bliss is seeking parents to join the group, which will meet for the first time on 1 August.
