
Children with mental health problems could be "slipping through the net" because adults do not spot the warning signs, experts have warned. The BBC reports that a survey of 2,100 adults carried out by a consortium of organisations behind a new mental health awareness website MindEd found a third were unsure of signs of depression in children.
Children as young as two have been caught accessing explicit material on the internet, a survey has found. The Telegraph reports that research, carried out by comparison service uSwitch.com, found that three million UK families had discovered their children viewing violent, explicit or pornographic material on the internet, with the youngest age quoted being two-years-old.
