The company admitted to corporate manslaughter and recruitment agency, Lime People Training Solutions Ltd is now on trial.
Investigations into past abuse in council-run children’s homes are taking place in just 24 per cent of local authorities, an investigation has revealed. Of the 75 local authorities that responded to a Freedom of Information request by charity Article 39, just 18 were aware of investigations into past abuse in current or formerly run children’s homes or other residential establishments.
