Speaking at an Education and Skills Select Committee meeting last week, Sir Al Aynsley-Green told MPs that many young people are angry about the way they are perceived.
"Children and young people tell us it's one of the most important issues," he said. "They are very angry and concerned about the use of antisocial behaviour orders, dispersal orders, the Mosquito device and the attitude of police towards them."
