The Lifetracks programme helps 16- to 25-year-olds to make informed choices about their work, training and study.
It will be delivered by The Foyer Federation, Skill, Rathbone and YouthNet and backed with £5m of funding from the Vodafone Foundation and £1.5m match funding from volunteering organisation V.
The programme uses a combination of online and on-the-ground support services, which are underpinned by a volunteer network of 4,000 young people.
Andrew Dunnett, director of the Vodafone Foundation, said: "This innovative and ambitious programme puts new technology at the heart of the solution."
