The youth centre is a meeting point for young people, including young women, he said. "We are going to have drunk men watching young women, becoming sexually aroused, leaving the bar and coming into contact with girls and young women. There will be harassment, violence and, even worse, rape. We are putting young people at risk if we allow this."
