There is no better time to extol the virtues of quality public space for young people. So say Cabe Space and Cabe Education, arms of the Government-funded Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment. Last week they published a guide to involving young people in the design and care of urban spaces. This is to be an "inspirational voice for practitioners".
