
Kate joined double Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes, president and founder of the Kelly Holmes Trust, and Love Island star Zara McDermott to listen to the experiences of young people taking part in the Trust’s programmes.
At the event in Percy Community Centre in Bath, young women who are taking part in the On Track to Achieve programme, told the Princess about their thoughts on some of the challenges that young people face today and how youth work programmes can help boost confidence and mental wellbeing.
The wellbeing programme pairs 11- to 19-year-old with athlete mentors to help improve confidence and resilience.
