An after-school sports club and a Saturday club offer activities such as football, trampolining, basketball, badminton, athletics, gymnastics and soft play.

The school has established links with Newcastle United football club, Newcastle Falcons rugby team and Newcastle Eagles basketball team.

- Who funds it?

The school has set up a limited company to use staff's special educational needs expertise and the school's facilities to run courses. The income raised is invested in after-school and lunchtime classes.
