Funding calls to support local offer catch up plan

The National Education Union has called on the government to fund local authorities to deliver a catch-up plan for vulnerable children over the summer holidays.

The union today published comprehensive proposals which aim to support vulnerable children in particular to prepare to return to school in September and protect their mental health and wellbeing.
