Who can apply?: Grant funding is open to community and voluntary groups, parish and town councils and faith organisations in Gloucestershire that can demonstrate: 1) that Gloucestershire people will benefit from the service they wish to provide; 2) that there is some evidence of a need to provide whatever it is they plan to do, and that there is no duplication of effort or provision; 3) that consultation has taken place, or will take place, in their community about their intentions, and that they have support for implementing their proposals; 4) that they have a clear timeline of milestones; 5) that the project will include local volunteers.
