Derren Hayes speaks to Nick Stace, chief executive, The Prince's Trust.

Nick Stace has had a varied career over the past decade; one that has taken him from communications guru for then Prime Minister Gordon Brown to becoming chief executive of The Prince's Trust in October last year. In between that, he has run organisations in the UK and Australia championing the rights of consumers, and most recently headed up the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. He is also passionate about connecting children with nature and was instrumental in establishing the Wild Network. The Prince's Trust delivers a wide range of support projects for disadvantaged young people, and Stace is keen to expand this further.
