Nadim Saad is the chief executive and founder of The Happy Confident Company, which creates wellbeing products, tools and programmes that give children the life skills they need to take charge of their feelings and rise to challenges. The company works with schools, therapists, educators, charities and organisations to integrate social emotional and mental health skills into day-to-day life. Saad is also a motivational speaker, parenting coach and the author of seven books.

One in five children, between the ages of five and 14, will have a diagnosed mental health challenge every year. And 70 per cent of these mental health challenges are diagnosed too late, meaning they become a much bigger challenge than they would have been if they were identified earlier. That's why we really believe that early intervention is key.
