Agencies deliver evidence-based interventions to give young children in Southend the best start to life, as part of the 10-year A Better Start programme

ACTION
A Better Start Southend (ABSS), a partnership of statutory, community and voluntary organisations, works with local parents to develop – and continually evaluate – approaches to improve outcomes for pregnant women and children under four.
